About Me

Hello! My name is Tulika. I am a Health and Life Coach living in San Diego.

My mission as a Life & Wellness Coach is to empower and inspire my clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. Everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your personal growth journey. 

I truly believe “Your health is your wealth.”

Having experienced injury and health complications for much of my adult life, I felt trapped in my body, unable to enjoy time with my kids and wonderful husband. After years of learning about nutrition and personal well being, I felt myself unable to truly make lasting progress.

That’s when I met Anu Simh, my personal health coach, mentor, and dear friend. She showed me that I CAN improve my health and take control of my life. I learned methods and habits that stuck and fit my lifestyle. I felt energized and rejuvenated. I lost 20lbs and have never felt healthier. I made lasting changes not just physically but mentally and spiritually as well. 

In the past few years, I’ve orchestrated a multitude of positive changes in my life, creating a harmonious blend of diverse interests and responsibilities. Running a successful pet sitting business from the comfort of my home has allowed me to combine my love for animals with an entrepreneurial endeavor. My passion for literature led me to establish a vibrant book club, fostering a community of over 30 avid readers. Serving on the HOA Board of Directors showcases my commitment to community involvement. I consistently cultivate mindfulness through regular meditation and daily walks. Additionally, I’ve embarked on a musical journey, reigniting my childhood love for tabla (Indian percussion instrument). Everything I thought impossible as mother of two was possible with the right mindset.

This is where my interest in coaching and self-discovery flourished. I have always loved helping people and being a listening ear. This led me to pursue certification to be a Life/Wellness Coach.

What I have learned has been invaluable and what I now know to be true is:

  • Your health is your #1 priority
  • It is okay to reinvent yourself at any age
  • Change is not a journey walked alone
  • You can always learn new things 
  • Kindness goes a long way
  • SLOW DOWN not everything needs to be done right away. 
  • If you are NOT HAPPY with yourself you are not happy in ANY relationships
  • HABITS create MAGIC 
  • if you are PASSIONATE enough you will PRIORITIZE 
  • BE the example of what you are creating 
  • CREATE and LEARN something new everyday
  • ‘A rising tide lifts  all boats’
